Office Administrator (Purchase Ledger)
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Duties include
- Processing purchase ledger invoice and credit notes
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Reconciliation of supplier and customer invoices
- Organising of invoices and delivery notes
- Liaising with internal teams to answer queries
- Providing support to customers and suppliers
- Entering large amounts of data accurately on LadyLodge System
- Administrative tasks as and when required
- Work alongside factory team and technical with correct labelling and organise correct information applied to labels
- Holiday cover - banking, wages, telesales

CONSIDERATION WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WITH
- Experience within an administration role
- Purchase ledger experience
- Strong administration skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good telephone manner
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workloads
- Liaising with internal teams to answer queries
