1To ensure effective delivery of administration services to Castle Huntly’s Offender Outcomes function. Responsible for providing a high standard of customer and administrative services for staff, prisoner visitors & external service providers.
- Responsibilities- 1- Liaise with internal and external agencies daily.- 1- Book prisoner appointments, creating appointment letters for internal and external service providers & agents etc. including taking room bookings and co-ordinating catering where required.- 1Purposeful activity recording for service providers and all Offender Outcomes functions.
- 1- Provide general minute taking and secretarial support across the Offender Outcomes function.- 1- Transfer admission information into a Labour Allocation spreadsheet and update PR2 of work party changes and all administrative tasks related to weekly Employability Case Conferences.- 1- Provide ad hoc assistance to the Administration team when required, commensurate with your role and level within the organisation.**Person Specification**- Qualification Requirements- 1A minimum of 2 National 5 (or equivalent) qualifications, including English and Mathematics or relevant experience gained in a similar role and/or environment.** **Essential**
