Lifecare Residences Limited is seeking a Finance and Administration Officer to manage the finance operations at its Somerleigh Court Nursing Home and Retirement Village - Dorchester.

The Finance and Administration Officer will manage all financial transactions up to and including month end reporting and will be working with the management team to help and support the implementation of new systems and ways of working across the Village and continuous improvement.
- Technical Skills: _

A finance background is essential;
Applicants must be competent in the use of financial reporting and the use of Excel spreadsheets;
Knowledge of SAGE would be beneficial but not essential.
- Person Specification: _
- Happy working in a team and helping others to improve processes and ways of working;
- Keen to take on responsibility and motivated to develop themselves and others around them;
- Excellent numeracy skills, able to resolve complex reconciliations and interpret financial/budgetary reports
- keen to follow through on tasks to a satisfactory conclusion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
