Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Coordinator to work for a large FM company supporting a high security client site based in Dorchester.

**Location**: Dorchester

**Hours: 39**

**Salary**:£28,000 - £32,000

**Contract**:Permanent

**Security Clearance**: Basic DBS

**The Role**:

- Work with the site Facilities Manager to manage monthly AFP and forecasting
- Prepare the Billable works summaries for the client sites (a cost forecasting tool).
- Provide additional administrative support to both the contracts commercial and financial functions.
- Attend meeting with clients to discuss Application for Payment and Billable Works submissions.
- Chase Application for Works disputed items to ensure we can invoice the client without building up debt
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience of working with internal stakeholders
- Intermediate level of IT skills including Excel (vlookup, pivot table, sumif)
- Understanding of Finance and commercial functions
- Finance experience and qualifications are desirable
