Verantwoordelijkheden:
**Your mission **:As Head of Partnership, you will:
- Understand Expleo' s key business and market trends, business drivers and competitive dynamics to influence and set an ambitious partnerships strategy.
- Drive cross-functional alignments across markets and capabilities to target the right market segments and/or industry trends for valuable partnerships.
- Pro-actively identify the key partners for each market segment and/or industry trends that will boost our revenues and leverage our market positions to drive our ambitious sales objectives.
- Negotiate win-win agreements on both global and local perspectives.
- Build sustainable and long-term partnerships that bring value to both Expleo and our partners (at the ecosystem level).
- Guarantee that existing partnerships can take full advantage of Expleo’ s offerings to continue to grow their own businesses.
- Monetize our collaborations through various revenues streams (additional sales, new markets, licensing, etc.) and set ambitious cross-sales objectives.
- Manage/Monitor partner relations and drive growth by building a pipeline of business opportunities and optimizing capabilities at the ecosystem level.
- You will be part of a great team culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and focused on creating value (both financial and strategic); and you will own the mission to deliver revenues through established partnerships.
Ervaring:
**Your profile**
- You have 10+ years of management experience in Business and Partner Development with extensive knowledge in one or more of these markets (mobility, aerospace, bank, insurance, Life Science )
- Experience in creating successful partnership/alliances and a history of revenue management.
- Have strong relationship skills and able to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners to best represent our customers and markets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
