**The Business**:
Global Ardour Recycling Limited are a national recycling and waste management business, operating sites nationwide to offer services to recycle scrap metal, scrap cars and much more. We’re industry leaders, developing ground-breaking Energy from Waste technologies. We’re also one of the country’s largest scrap car recyclers, processing up to 10,000 every month across our sites. At the heart of our business are our employees and to support the growth and development of everybody who works for us, we have developed a dedicated training facility that caters for all learning styles and supports the development of all employees.
**The Role**:
We are recruiting a Business Administrator to work as part of the Cars team on our site in Longridge, Preston. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will take responsibility for all general administration duties within the team and support with ad-hoc duties as required. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in a period of significant change and be part of the next chapter in this well-established Recycling Business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To manage and support the pending customer booking system
- To provide office support including customer and employee support
- To interact with clients and customers via telephone or in person
- Supporting general administration tasks across the Cars department and wider business
- To collate and input company data
- To support with general invoice tasks
- To provide customer service cover when required
- Provide and maintain relevant KPI information where required.
- Complete assigned work within the timescales provided
An experienced administrator with excellent Microsoft package knowledge and customer service experience, used to working in a fast paced environment.
