At Platform Housing Group we put our customers at the heart of everything we do and we are currently looking for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will provide administrative and business support to the wider Customer Engagement team, acting as a key contact for both our Customer Engagement Officers and customers.

**What are some of the tasks you could you be doing as our Customer Engagement Coordinator?**
- Coordinate and oversee administration for the wider customer engagement structure ensuring effective and reliable communication with involved customers.
- Ensuring that all customer engagement activities are recorded, administered effectively and advertised via all communication channels.
- Monitoring team records to ensure that activities are logged accurately and in a timely manner.
- Overseeing team social media accounts, coordinating responses and follow-ups and supporting in the delivery of content.
- To assist in the organisation and promotion of customer engagement and co-creation events, activities and initiatives.
- To collate feedback from customer engagement and co-creation activities, measuring outcomes and impact.
- Support delivery of a range of customer communications.

**Some things we need from you**
- Experience working in an administrative role.
- You will have worked in a customer facing environment and delivered consistently good customer service.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages to manage work and communicate with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and handle a number of tasks simultaneously and accurately.
- A good team worker you will have the ability to work flexibly, both on own initiative and as a team member to achieve common goals.
- And have the ability to work towards set targets and understand the importance of achieving Key Performance Indicators.
