**Overview**

Junior Sales Development Representative (German Speaking) - £35,000 + OTE - London

My client is looking for a German speaking Sales Development Representative to help drive growth and market share. You will be providing lead generation via outbound prospecting, as well as managing incoming leads. You will have a direct sales target fornew business and help shape the future of my client’s FinTech solutions.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Your primary responsibility will be to identify, research, and secure new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market prospects.
- Collaborate with business units to execute the new business activity plan and establish a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Executives to close.
- Confidently present and explain their tech offerings, adapting conversations to align with prospects' needs and macro environment, establish meaningful rapport, and identify potential solutions.
- Research and partner with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to understand our market, industry trends, and target audience needs. Use these insights to develop messaging and cadences that resonate and align with client missions.

**What we're looking for**:

- Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Development role, supporting Account Executives in selling platform products (SaaS, recurring revenue) to Enterprise and Mid-Market customers across a variety of industries.
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, are naturally curious, and are unafraid to ask questions, think on your feet, and handle objections.
- Exemplary time management and organizational skills are second nature to you. You place a high value on processes and time, seeking out new ways to produce results while making everyday count and completing tasks efficiently.
- Your self-awareness and active listening skills enable you to genuinely understand clients' needs. You have a human and empathetic approach that encourages people to speak openly and build rapport and relationships with you because you care about what youdo.
- You are eager to pursue a career in sales and are motivated to make an impact. You proactively seek out opportunities to collaborate with and learn from your peers, becoming stronger and more confident in executing your role.
- You have a background in software security or are interested in ethical hacking and bug bounty platforms.
- Native or fluent in French and English
