**Marketing Executive**

Full-time permanent position

Working hours: 40 hours Monday-Friday. Our operating hours are 8-5 but hours can be agreed with your line manager.

Based at our Wigan Head Office

TXM Plant is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Marketing Executive with a passion for brand and brand positioning, internal and external communications and the use of social media to connect with customers and wider industry stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Marketing Graduate who is keen to make a significant contribution to an exciting phase in the growth of an established and already successful national provider of Road-Rail vehicles.

You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders from across the business and bringing newsworthy, relevant and engaging content via a range of online channels including, but not limited to, social media and the company website.

Duties will include:

- Working with the Sales Director to position the brand in the marketplace.
- Ensuring brand consistency across the business.
- Creating, planning, and implementing communication campaigns, calendars, and strategies to help deliver our strategic objectives.
- Creating, sourcing, writing, editing and posting social-media content to increase engagement.
- Writing, editing content and liaising with third parties both internally and externally on print; newsletters, magazines, blogs.
- Seeking out stories from across our business and creating engaging content (social posts and blogs) that resonate with our customers and to attract potential new employees into the business.
- Website design and content management, including third party agency management.
- Co-ordinating and managing industry and company events/open days etc.
- Responding to customer enquiries made through social media/website in a timely manner.
- Assisting management of marketing budget.

What we're looking for:
The role is ideal for a recently qualified marketing graduate or would equally suit someone with the relevant experience gained in a sales-led organisation.
- A Marketing degree or relevant qualification
- Clear understanding of brand and brand value with experience of value creation in this area.
- Experience in using social media platforms to generate and reinforce brand value as part of an overall marketing strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to engage with stakeholders across the business and the wider industry.
- Exceptional writing skills and correct use of grammar with the ability to create engaging content.
- Creative mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Some business travel is required to TXM depots and customers. Full, clean driving licence is essential.

We support the maintenance and operational requirements of the UK's rail industry by providing tailored solutions, suitable for small-scale jobs to the most complex of projects. We work with key customers and have a total workforce of nearly 400, with 7 operational depots throughout the UK.
