SEO Executive

Our client, a leading, award-winning digital marketing agency based in Wigan are looking for an experience SEO Executive to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Working Monday to Thursday from 8:30am until 5pm and Friday from 9am until 3pm.

**Salary**: Up to £32k pa, depending on experience.

**Day to Day Duties**

As a SEO Executive your day to day duties will include:

- Content writing and outreach
- Be actively involved in on page SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)
- Contributing to client campaigns and making recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and updates to websites
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.)
- Managing & optimising SEO campaigns using a combination of keywords and content optimisation
- Working with and providing weekly status updates for the SEO Manager

**Essential Skills**

To be successful in the role of a SEO Executive you will need the following skills:

- Hands-on SEO or Paid Social experience
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEMrush
- Good attention to detail
- Good written, analytical & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Skills and experience in creative content writing

**Desirable Experience**

It would be desirable as a SEO Executive if you had:

- 1 year of experience in an SEO or Digital Marketing related role
- 1 year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

**What training is provided?**

Full training on company systems and processes will be provided
