We are seeking to recruit a caring, highly motivated and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and the role would require staff to undertake the responsibilities and duties include:

- Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents with person-centred care in all aspects of their daily living
- Create an atmosphere that will help stimulate the residents to lead as full a life as possible whilst promoting residents independence, dignity and choice at all times
- Work in line with Company policies and procedures
- Ensure full and effective documentation and communication with all stakeholders

Applicant Requirements:

- Previous experience within a healthcare environment
- Good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team
- Ensure you have 3 years worth of references available. If any gaps, please provide reasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.65-£15.98 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
