Accounts Payable Officer

Cedar are working exclusively with a entertainment provider based near Hammersmith in the search for an Accounts Payable Officer.

Reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager you will support the wider team in the recording and payment of invoices by processing them accurately and in a timely manner.

Duties
- Manually process a high volume of invoices.
- Run weekly returns to send out to the film distributors
- Run weekly film contract reports for internal distribution
- Prepare statement reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Ensuring that outstanding invoices are investigated
- Process petty cash claims
- Answer invoice queries from both internal and external customers

Experience
- MUST HAVE previous experience within a busy accounts payable role.
- Experience of processing invoices.
- Working knowledge of Vista and Agresso - highly advantageous.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prioritises and schedules activities.

You will need to be immediately available or on a maximum notice period of two weeks to be considered for this role.
