**The Role**

The main responsibilities are:

- Handling pre-sale and post-sale customer service enquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- General office duties
- Liaising with suppliers, couriers and other departments in support of our customers

Essential Requirements:

- Native or fluent in Mandarin and English - both verbal and written
- A minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Confident and clear communicator
- Team player
- Can work using own initiative
- Great time management skills and ability to work efficiently
- Excellent organisational skills
- A flexible approach
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong computer knowledge

**Salary and Benefits**:Minimum wage to 15 GBP per hour depending on experienceWe offer flexible working and time off for your birthday.

**Working hours**:24 to40 hours per week. You will have flexibility in your hours of work.

**Parking**: Free onsite parking is available

**Starting date**:As soon as possible

**Job Type**: Full-time or part-time, Permanent
