**At Core Estates, we are a dynamic and growing property management and lettings company known for our excellent customer service and local market expertise. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Letting Assistant to join our friendly team and help us manage our expanding portfolio.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the lettings and property management teams.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, invoices, and other documentation.
- Book and coordinate property viewings and inspections.
- Assist with property marketing, including listings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support the onboarding of new tenants and liaise with landlords when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or lettings/property role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems (training provided).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A full UK driving license is a necessary as well as access to a car.
