Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
Ready to break into the financial world? We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and motivated junior to join our fast-paced team.
This is a role for a Junior with limited experience but want to learn and gain experience about the Financial Services Industry
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office tasks such as, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager
- liaise with Pension and Investment Providers
- Assist in scheduling client reviews and collating meeting packs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**What you’ll be doing**:
From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to observe and support client interactions—whether it's preparing materials for meetings, sitting in on strategy sessions, or helping respond to client queries. You'll develop a strong understanding of how we build and maintain client relationships, giving you firsthand insight into the commercial side of financial services.
**What we’re looking for**:
- A recent grad or early-career professional or ALevel School Leaver looking to persue a career in Financial Services
- Strong attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions
- An interest in financial markets and how money moves
- Must be a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
