Do you have experience working with special educational needs?

Teaching personnel are looking for an engaging and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience working with ADHD and SEND pupils. There are current opportunities for permanent and part-time positions in and around Exeter. You must have a passion foreducation and helping pupils strive and progress. The right teaching assistant will pose the ability to work under and assist the direction of the class teacher, along with supporting children in small groups an 1:1.

As a SEN TA You will:

- Be hard working, dedicated and committed to the role in hand.
- Build a strong rapport and empathise with the pupils.
- Keep a professional relationship with the pupils.
- Provide a high standard of behavioural expectations and academic progress for the young people.
- Be confident to work with pupils in small groups and on a one to one basis.

If you have any relevant experience working in care or the community the please also get in touch as you will have the relevant skill set for the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
