Overview Join Our Team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with a range of special educational needs. Assist with the implementation of tailored learning plans and strategies. Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills. Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and track student progress. What We\'re Looking For A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs. Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy. Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and contribute to a positive school atmosphere. Prior experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certification or equivalent) is an advantage, but not essential.
