£12,300 per year
An opportunity has arisen to join part of a dynamic complex coordination team for a complex care provider. Working in a constructive and collaborative environment within a close-knit person-centered team.

In addition, you will be required to carry out additional ad-hoc duties from time-to-time to support key business functions.
This is a part time role, working 3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday. Core Office hours are 09.00 am to 17.00 pm.
