A successful and fast growing provider of HR, Payroll, Talent and Learning and Development solutions is looking for implementation consultants to join its supportive and collaborative team. These HR and Payroll related solutions are built on the Salesforceplatform. If you have experience of implementing other Salesforce based SaaS software solutions such as Sage People or FinancialForce, or experience of implementing HCM solutions such as HR, Payroll or Talent Management software, please get in touch to findout more about this role. Remote based so any UK location, plus some UK onsite client meetings and occasional Bristol HQ team meetings.

In this Salesforce HCM Software Consultant role you will:

- deliver HR, Payroll, Talent and related HCM SaaS solutions
- conduct discovery workshop meetings with clients, design solutions based on the standard software, build it and carry out data migration. Manage the Payroll or HR implementations through testing, parallel runs and go live.
- build strong and lasting relationships with clients establishing your credibility as a trusted advisor
- work with project managers, technical colleagues, clients and third parties
- manage client expectations, advise on best practice and deliver successful HCM software implementations
- participate in creating documentation, training materials and contributing to the product team
- use and develop your skills in Salesforce and in HR, Payroll and related SaaS solutions.
- at least 2 years experience of delivering customer implementation consultancy including gathering requirements for software solutions through meetings and workshops, hands on configuring software, testing it and working with clients through go live
- either experience of implementing software built on the Salesforce platform or of software for HR, Payroll or Talent Management
- strong communication skills, experience of managing client relationships and expectations
- understanding of project and implementation methodology
