**Salesforce Delivery Manager *Hybrid role with flex to work from Home/Office**

This well known and highly respected financial services organisation has invested heavily in Salesforce and working as part of a growing Salesforce DevOps team made up of Developers, Architects and Business users you will help design, develop and deploy complexand integrated enterprise Salesforce solutions that add real value.
This organisation has put Salesforce at the heart of its tech strategy and you will have the opportunity to test your skills across a number of Salesforce orgs that support various functions within this business.
Working in what is a fast-paced, Agile environment you will help this business to continue to transform using Salesforce as a strategic technology, delivering new custom solutions across Sales, Service, Industry (Vlocity) and Marketing cloud. You will leadthe delivery of Salesforce development workstreams across the business, estimating and scheduling and bringing it together into a coherent delivery pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, build and document new solutions,contribute to sprint planning and provide feedback to retrospectives and will line manage direct reports as well as oversee and manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers/partners. This role will also see you regularly engage with Delivery Teams to ensureprojects and workstreams are progressing as planned and you will also have the opportunity to work with the Salesforce Leads to identify strategic opportunities to grow the Salesforce function.
This is a role that will provide you with lots of stimulating challenges, excellent training and the chance to gain exposure to a range of Salesforce cloud products as well as other cutting edge cloud technologies.
To be considered, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic Salesforce professional who is working as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager or in a Technical Consulting/Development capacity. You will have a track record of successful delivery of workstreams andyou must have:

- Experience in delivering Salesforce solutions and workstreams in complex technical environments.
- Experience of Agile project management / methodologies
- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Good experience/exposure to Salesforce development including Apex, Integrations, Flows, Platform Events etc.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and best practices, e.g. design patterns and modular programming.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Platform App Developer (Other Salesforce Certifications also considered/useful)

Any experience within the financial services sector would be advantageous and you should be a good problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and ideally some experience of managing diverse, geographically spread teams. Knowledge of Vlocity (SalesforceIndustries) and MuleSoft Anypoint (or similar API platforms) is also highly desirable.
This is a hybrid role and this business takes a common-sense approach to the current Covid status. Typically, you can expect to visit the office 4 times per month minimum (once a week although this is not a strict rule and there is plenty of flexibility onoffer). Office locations are in Swindon, Wiltshire and Fareham, Hampshire. Fully remote is not on offer for this role and the team still get great value of having face time. Of course, if you prefer being in the office more frequently this is possible.
