**Job description**

St Andrews Links is a great organisation committed to the Home of Golf as the world’s most renowned golf complex where we deliver memorable experiences for every golfer to Play, Learn, Shop and Relax on a daily basis. Our seven golf courses, including the Old Course are our core product and principal business driver but over recent decades our organisation has diversified and expanded to where we are today.
- To provide a warm welcome to all our guests and manage effective door control.
- To ensure and oversea that all team members deliver a quality food and beverage service to customers at all times by following the departmental order of service.
- Allocate the daily zones and write up the special and kitchen boards and sheets.
- Carry out full ‘on the job’ training to all team members and keep training records.
- Coach all team members to deliver a five-star customer service experience.
- Ensure customer service levels are met and maintained at all times.
- To be involved in the preparation and service of functions.
- To assist the Restaurant Manager with completion of Return to Work Interviews and the management of the team.
- Delegation of duties to your team.
- Control all necessary stock, products and materials and ensure that they are accounted for and presented.
- Compliance with all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations and procedures. Ensure team members’ records are updated accordingly.
- Responsible for opening and closing the clubhouse lounge ensuring all procedures are followed.
