We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to assist with the daily operation of Three Restaurant Blas Restaurant, Twr y Felin Hotel.

**The role entails**:

- Take orders accurately and post the orders accurately in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that food allergies and food preferences are asked for, noted and communicated effectively.
- Be aware of daily bookings, acknowledge regular guests and build relationships with all guests.
- Have a good command of the menu, ingredients, and presentation for all drinks.
- Be fully conversant and able to operate the Point of Sale system (POS).
- Deal effectively with guest feedback and follow the company policy relating to guest complaints.
- Promote a helpful and professional image within the department, ensuring full co-operation is given to colleagues in other departments and ensure that your dress, appearance, personal hygiene and behaviour is in line with the company standard at all times.
- To ensure you comply with accounting requirements when handling cash and card transactions.
- Be present during event operations including Weddings, Events, Christmas, New Year, Easter and other School and Bank Holidays as required.
- In the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager and the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for conducting daily briefings with the restaurant and bar team, attend any training and departmental meetings, as required, including attending HOD and R&B Meetings.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Possess exceptional guest service skills with a can do attitude.
- Previous experience as a waiter or bartender.
- Good knowledge of local food and drink.
- Good command of the English language.
- A good approach to teamwork.
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
- Flexible attitude to working patterns over 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,934.00 per year
