We are on the hunt for an amazing supervisor staff to join Haar Restaurant. We are looking for someone with amazing people skills, natural charisma, and a passion for food and drink. But first of all, here is a little bit about us.

Chef Dean Banks, Masterchef: The Professionals finalist, opened his flagship restaurant in St Andrews in Spring 2019. Haar has been included in the top sustainable restaurants in the UK, included in the Michelin Guide 2021/22, and received some fantastic accolades.

Haar Restaurant reopened in St Andrews in December at 1 Golf Place. The restaurant now has 6 boutique rooms situated in the upper floors of the premises. The Rooms recently gained 5 AA stars.

The restaurant showcases Dean Banks’ cooking in a relaxed setting. Dean’s aim is to exhibit the best produce that Scotland has to offer. The menu constantly evolves, reflecting the seasons, which embodies our land and seas, producing a menu that showcases Scotland’s natural resources.

As a member of the management team, your roles will include:

- Daily running of the venue from opening to closing the venue
- Providing consistently excellent customer service
- Involvement in all aspects of service; setting-up, serving customers, liaising with kitchen staff, and cleaning down after service.
- Working closely with the front of house and kitchen team to deliver the best experience day in day out
- Promoting sales and adhering to licensing legislation.
- Serving high end: cocktails, gins, whisky’s, champagne, wine, and coffee
- Hotel check ins and check outs, including dealing with bookings
- Training of new staff and development of the team

**Experience**:

- We are looking for previous experience in a supervisor position

We pay living wage and also add 12.5% service charge to all bills which is shared equally between the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
