We are looking for 2 Service Desk Analysts to join an organisation in Saffron Walden. Working with the wider IT Team, you will be responsible for all 1st line support. This position could suit someone with 1+ years' experience IT who is looking for a new challenge,with progression opportunities, all within a family feel environment.

With a structured onboarding program to ensure you settle in well, you will be part of the team from day 1 Investment in you and training is available to help you progress and improve on your current technical skillset

**The Role**:

- 1st Line IT Support
- Creating accounts using Active Directory
- Ensure new starters have the correct hardware
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Desktop Support

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- Familiar providing IT support within a windows environment
- Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Full right to work in the UK
