What You'll Do:

• Provide first-line support to our staff and members by resolving IT-related queries swiftly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance our service delivery and improve member experience.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests using our ticket management system.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably within a service desk environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with a range of IT systems and applications. A basic understanding of networking would be beneficial.
