DLSB was born in 2013 with the mission to empower women all over the world to make a statement with fun and head-turning fashion. We are now looking for a talented and passionate Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and support the growth of the business.

**The Role**:

- Assist with the company’s online presence through effective advertising, PR and PPC campaigns.
- Manage Meta advertising and advertising on other channels such as Pinterest, and Tiktok. Monitor and adjust where necessary to ensure the business KPIs are achieved.
- Responsible for E-mail marketing using Klaviyo platform. Create advanced segmenting strategies, set up complex, multi-layered flows, and analyse regularly.
- Work with the team, Sales manager and partners on content planning to align campaigns launch and promotion dates with other marketing initiatives
- Bring creative ideas and develop marketing strategies to improve brand exposure, increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
- Collaborate with the Google ads manager, reviewing the performance, making sure that their strategy is aligned with the general marketing strategy, spot the trends, opportunities and threats.
- Work closely with Junior marketing exec and eCommerce assistant to enhance website SEO where relevant (with social posts, website content and blog articles).
- Collaborate with the creative and social media team to develop a strategy to meet sales targets.
- Be familiar with google analytics, understand consumer behaviour and the customer journey to increase conversions.
- Produce reports to show the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify ways to improve performance to increase return on investment.
- Proof-read and edit content to ensure its consistent with the brand identity and tone of voice.
- Understand eCommerce, specifically Shopify and work alongside our E-Commerce/Marketing team to assist in overall upkeep and project management of various parts of our storefront.
- Identify new advertising and PR opportunities with key publications, affiliates, influencers and partners to secure effective coverage.
- Work with the team to design adverts and marketing materials.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing activities and drive results.
- Manage a clear acquisition strategy across multiple channels that aligns with the business KPIs.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Relentlessly pursue improvements that exceed our annual target for growth.

**Required Experience**:

- Ideally at least three years’ experience working within a relevant marketing role.
- Proficient in Meta advertising (Facebook Ads Manager), Google Analytics, Shopify Plus and Klaviyo (or Mailchimp)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google
- Proficient in Design Suites e.g. Adobe Photoshop CC, Canva, Lightroom Classic, Premier Pro.
- Sophisticated copywriting abilities.
- A degree in Marketing, or a qualification in a relevant field.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Meta blueprint certification.
- Google Ads certification.
- Intermediate understanding of Shopify, HTML, CSS and Web page development/structure.
- General technical knowledge of integration platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
