**About The Role**
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our Research and Development team.
Within this role you will be:

- Liaise with the project teams to explore and suggest appropriate technical solutions to achieve the required product features as well as monitoring technical progress against plans while safeguarding functionality, scalability and performance
- Review Unit Test Coverage to allow for frictionless CI/CD deployments
- Mentor/Peer review/Share best practices within the team.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Demonstrable experience in software development (.NET strongly recommended) as a professional Software Engineer & experience leading a development team.
- Good back office integration experience via APIs essential (SOAP/WCF/RestAPI/Web Service calls)
- Demonstrable experience leading and motivating a team.
- Both Agile and waterfall methodology exposure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
