**Technical Operator**

**Function: Packaging**
**Contract: 6-Months FTC**
**Location: Hereford**
**Salary: 30,429; plus shift allowance**

**What are your responsibilities?**
As a Technical Operator in our packaging function, you will:

- take ownership of your area.
- actively contribute to our Zero Accident Culture by delivering high standards of cleanliness and reliability on our production plant.
- deliver FTR (First Time Right) on quality and process.
- champion of our C.I.L.T’s (cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening) tasks.
- Help drive continuous improvement through our Total Productive Management (TPM) programme.

**What does it take?**

To best succeed in this role you will need to be a motivated self-starter with a lean mindset and positive attitude. You will need to be committed to teamwork and:

- have solid qualifications in Maths and English
- a good understanding of IT systems
- be comfortable working in an automated manufacturing environment.

While not essential, previous experience in packaging or in a warehouse is highly desirable.
