**About the role**
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Learning & Development Trainer to join our L&D Team. In this exciting new role, you’ll help create, support and promote learning and development across Alliance Homes, ensuring we have the right training, systems and culture in place to support both compliance and colleague development.
In this role you will design and deliver a range of engaging learning for our colleagues including customer service, ED&I and new colleague induction resources and sessions. In addition, you will play a key role in upskilling colleagues around our Leadership Excellence Framework.
Alongside managing and developing our Learning Management System, you will also help coordinate the annual training plan. This will involve liaising with external providers to purchase courses and qualifications and booking colleagues on appropriate training in response to business needs and colleague development plans. You will promote our L&D offer to colleagues and help evaluate the impact and return on investment of courses and programmes.
**About you**
You will have experience as a trainer or in an L&D role, ideally within a regulated environment. You will be able to engage diverse learners, including trade operatives, and deliver training both in person and online.
You will be highly organised, with excellent administrative and communication skills. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders, and be able to manage these relationships, and competing priorities, effectively. You will also be proficient in using technology and have experience of working with Microsoft 365 systems.
It would also be great if you have a CIPD level 3/5 or equivalent and can show you are committed to continuing professional development.
