**Channel Account Manager** My client is an award-winning technology company who is looking to add a Channel Account Manager to their established team. We are looking a for a dynamic. self-motivated Channel Account Manager who will take responsibility for generating new business, sellinga range of products and services to the IT reseller channel. **Account Director Responsibilities** - You will strategically manage/expand relationships within account base to increase enquiry opportunity. - You will ensure your understanding of customer needs and identify and promote rental use cases/propositions to drive revenue into appropriate costumer segment. - You will follow internal processes for forecasting, orders, pre-sales, updates and developing account plans, whilst updating CRM and the organization on what will be required to grow and retain the customer. - You will champion your customer's perspective and position internally, whilst establishing clear contact plans to ensure there are appropriate relationships with technical, business management, influencers, and decision-makers. - You will develop understanding and communicate commercial/operational detail in order to b eable to present lead and close out customer discussions. - Manage and Maintain CRM systems such as Salesforce to enable reporting/prgoress. **Account Director Requirements** - Demonstrate an understanding of IT channel Route to markets desired. - Understanding "service" type sales and positioning. - Good General understanding of Compute and AV solutions. - Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Delivering profitable, long term business opportunities through effective account planning. - Exceptional ability to identify sale opportunities, qualify sales leads and exceed targets. - Expert levels of researching, networking and relationship building. - Accurate and effective pipeline management, with highly developed planning and prioritisation skills. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. **The Company** - Fast growing and award-winning IT business - Offices located globally - Fast pasted and rewarding environment **What's on Offer** Basic salary of 35k-50k (Uncapped commission) + benefits Applicable Skills: Account Management, Business Development
