Summary
My high-profile utilities client is looking for a Team Administrator to join their team based in their Warwick office on a hybrid-based role on an initial 3-month contract with a chance of extension.
Description and key responsibilities
- General team admin, such as calendar invites/meeting packs/filing/reminders
- Logging/chasing/updating of team actions & milestones
- SharePoint folder restructure
- Coordination of stakeholder events
- ensuring have up to date PowerPoint pack content/liaison with departments
- Document programme processes
- Raising and tracking of charity/vendor payments
- Entering of charity partner Opportunities to Volunteering Portal
Skills and experience
- General admin, highly preferable programme or project administration experience
- Sharepoint experience (and the managing/restructuring a site preferable)
- Coupa or Purchasing system experience required
- Methodical
