**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 pm

Customer Service Advisor** - JOB PURPOSE**:
As the Customer Service Advisor y ou will be responsible for the handling of UAF movements, providing advice and information to our corporate customers in line with our contract specification. You will have a high regard for customer service and qualitystandards and you will closely monitor the tracking of consignments worldwide via our centralised system, whilst ensuring that our service partner, DHL, are adhering to customer expectations and contract requirements.

Customer Service Advisor**-RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Your main role will be to manage the shipment of individual client’s goods on behalf of our corporate account.In order to achieve this you will need to:

- Receipt and load MAFS - Movement Authorisation Forms
- Issue initiation mail to customer
- Book SLI with DHL
- Proactive and consistent customer contact
- Monitoring and management of service partner
- Update of operational system - Navision
- Completion of file
- Issue of PMR to officer at end of move
- Closure and archiving of file documentation
- Any other admin duties related to role as required

Customer Service Advisor** SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:

- First class communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and optimistic attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Adaptable to the various tasks required and a team player
- Well presented, reliable and punctual
