**Role Summary**

**Shifts will be - Any 5 days out of 7**

**Working hours : 8.00 am to 11.00 Pm compromising of 9 hour shifts.**

The job roles and responsibilities are,
- Calling clients to confirm orders and perform FCR for client-related requests.
- Agents will also be trained to respond publicly via social media on behalf of the organization and will also respond to product reviews.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

**Requirement**:

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
