**Part 145 Expeditor**
**Purpose of the Role**
- To provide general administration to the Base and Line Maintenance departments._
- To carry out installation/removal transactions for aircraft components._
- To carry out allocation of spares for aircraft maintenance._

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the pre-loading of material requirements to both Base and Line Maintenance for planned maintenance inputs to be carried out within the Hub Hangar.
- Ensure all Workpacks are organised into cages representing work zones and tasks. All spares should collected from stores and sorted into correct areas by task number this should be maintained for the entire check.
- Co-Ordinate with both Base and Line Maintenance Planners to carryout transactions in Envision to facilitate removal of components.
- For Base Maintenance co-ordinate with the Check Delivery Engineer for any critical spares required that will require hastening action with the Materials and Logistics team.
- For Line Maintenance sort and return all unused spares from work packs back to stores when the workpack has been completed.
- For Base Maintenance sort and return all unused spares from the zonal areas on a weekly basis to logistics.
- Ensure components for return to logistics are correctly documented and labelled from both Base and Line Maintenance.
- Support Shift Managers as required
- Adhere to company Health and Safety policy
- Carry out general administrative duties to support Base & Line Maintenance.
- Ensure and maintain stock levels on all labels used by Base & Line Maintenance.

Essential job holder qualifications & experience at recruitment
- IT Literate including experience on MS Office, particularly Excel and Spreadsheets
- Accuracy, attention to detail, organisational skills, time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to solve problems and work on own initiative
- Administrative experience
- Adaptable communication skills
- Take responsibility to build and maintain positive relationships with others
