**Description**:
The Part 145 Expeditor is responsible for allocation of materials to the Base and Line Maintenance Engineering Departments. They are to ensure that all pre-loaded materials are available for the Base/Line Engineering Staff to carryout Maintenance tasks. They are also responsible for Material returns to the Logistics Departments in line with company procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the pre-loading of material requirements to both Base and Line Maintenance for planned maintenance inputs to be carried out within the hub hangar.
- Ensure all work pack pre-loads are organised into cages representing work zones and tasks. All spares should be collected from Logistics and sorted into correct areas by task number.
- Ensure daily material deliveries are made from Logistics to Base Maintenance Zonal work areas
- Co-ordinate with both Base and Line Maintenance Production Planners to carryout transactions in Envision to facilitate the removal of components
- Co-ordinate with both Base and Line Maintenance Check Delivery Engineers/ Production Planners to ensure daily material requirements priorities are managed.
- For Line Maintenance sort and return all unused spares from completed scheduled maintenance work orders.
- For Base Maintenance sort and return all unused spares from zonal work areas on a weekly basis to logistics.
- Ensure components for return to logistics are correctly documented and labelled from both Base and Line maintenance engineering staff.
- Utilise the company GCIS Maintenance IT Support systems where applicable. Facilitate the pre-loading of material requirements to both Base and Line Maintenance for planned maintenance inputs to be carried out within the hub hangar.

- Experience of working within a Aviation Maintenance Organisation
