**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Conduct quality audits on products to identify deviations from quality standards
- To take various environmental and hygiene swabs to send off for analysis to an external laboratory
- To take microbiological samples for external laboratory analysis.
- Complete gas and fat analysis.
- Maintain and promote good hygienic practices and GMP standards
- Maintain true, clear, comprehensive and accurate documentation for all activities.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and regulations
- Assist in investigations relating to complaints and non-conformances
- To complete any other tasks requested by the Technical Department on an ADHOC basis.

**Preferred Skills but not essential**:

- Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Pay: £29,120.00 per year
