Being a Care Assistant is an exhausting job, are you exhausted? Work for the wrong Care Provider and you could find yourself burnt out, working extremely long hours, running from one care call to the next and even poorly What if it didn’t have to be likethat? We provide a **minimum of 1-hour care visits**, so you’re never rushed.

**A True Story**

Many experienced Care Workers join our team from other care providers because they hear about the way we work. We are immensely differently We recently had an experienced Care Worker join us, who had been working for another local Homecare provider andshe was tired and exhausted, doing short visits so had not time to spend with her client, but she still loved caring for others. Luckily for us she had heard great things about us. Since Jenny joined us, she looks better in herself, she has more colour inher cheeks, she loves our hour-long care calls and loves her job so much and is so grateful she made the move. **Great benefits we offer our team.**
- £10.20 per hour plus Holiday Pay, Mileage & Pension.
- £11.00 per hour from 1st April.
- £11.50 per hour if hold Level 2 Health & Social Care.
- Full-time & part-time available 7am - 10pm (From 15 Hours per week).
- Overnight visits also available.
- Mornings, lunchtimes, evenings, & alternate weekends. (Regular weekly availability).
- Regular clients so you can build a long-lasting relationship.
