Completely Care is recruiting Residential Childcare Workers (RCWs) to join a welcoming and supportive children’s residential home in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference while developing your skills within the social care sector. About the Role As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties and trauma backgrounds. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can grow, learn life skills, and move towards independence.
