Community Care Worker

OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalised care and support to individuals in need, including the elderly, disabled, or those with special needs. Your duties may include assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Additionally, you will offer emotional support and companionship to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.Help clients with mobility and transportation, if required.Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.Administer medications and provide medication reminders as needed.Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.Monitor clients\' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations made during visits.QualificationsMUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND TRANSPORTATIONCOS available T&C applyPrevious experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
