Based at: Bemersley House, Gitana Street, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 1DY (with potential for some home working)

**Salary**: £12,698 (£22,222 pro rata)

Hours: 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9.30am-1.30pm)

Responsible to: Service Coordinator

Purpose of the Role:
To support the smooth running of the telephone befriending part of the service

Summary of Main Duties
- Overseeing daily befriending call distribution to volunteers.
- Ensuring all calls are completed and any missed calls have been monitored / responded to.
- Coordinating weekly call rota and organising cover as needed, including making the calls when no other cover is available.
- Supporting and monitoring volunteers working in the office & from home. Maintaining their engagement with the service & raising any issues with the wider team.
