**The role**
Our social media team is a pivotal part of our inbound marketing offering, as they’re responsible for driving clients forward with a first-class social presence. Working closely with the wider teams, such as content, PPC, video and Marketing Strategists, the focus is using social to drive high-quality traffic to meet client goals.
Our clients vary in industry and service, from B2B to B2C, from tech to bedroom furniture. So what works for one doesn’t always work for the other which needs to be considered in your strategic approach. This helps to keep us on our toes
Creating, planning and managing all aspects of social media for our clients are your core role and responsibilities. You will assess the success of your work regularly by taking a close look at the data to help you figure out what's workingand what isn’t. You’ll find yourself interacting with followers to improve brand awareness and provide a great experience by creating a community, that also includes social monitoring and listening. If your customers are talking about it, we want to know about it
The secondary part of this role is around video management. While you won’t be responsible for filming end to end video projects for our clients, the role involves client management, communication, planning and liaising with our video partners to deliver effective videos for our clients on time and within budget.
This role is very hands-on so be ready to get stuck in, from creating content using your natural copywriting style (strong meme game? that's a huge plus), curating content, client communication, knowing where to find the latest news and trends that will amplify your client's message and brand to really set them apart as key players in their niche.
You'll primarily use HubSpot's social tool, but we do lean on a few other popular social tools to get the most out of the channel.
**Who are you?**
First and foremost, you’re passionate about social media and eager to get creative with it
A minimum 2 years experience within a social role is a must, agency experience is great but we’d still love to have a chat if you are working inhouse managing multiple brands. This means you will have already developed a strong knowledge and understanding of social platforms and software. You’re also comfortable communicating to clients and videographers to communicate your vision and feedback.

**What you’ll do**
- Day to day social media management of clients accounts across many of the platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest using HubSpot.
- Inbox management for clients on their social media channels, writing creative responses with the clients brand and tone of voice in mind at all times.
- Plan effective video content with marketing strategists, communicate plans to clients and video partners while letting your creative influence shine in the projects.
- Implement and execute social media strategy and take lead working with Strategists on the best approach to take.
- Provide bi-weekly and monthly reports to senior management on clients performance and confidently suggest changes and new approaches when needed to reach KPI’s.
- Understand the different formats for different channels and be well educated on social media best practises.
- Ensure that weekly/monthly project management deliverables are met.
- A strong communicator internally working with different teams and externally with clients.
- Have a creative side and bring new, innovative ideas to the table
- Be able to set realistic achievable goals and be able to understand why they matter so much. Knowing the difference between social goals and the tactics used to achieve them.
- Sharing your experience and influencing social media and video marketing plans.
