We are looking to welcome an experienced, pro-active, organised individual, with a real flair and passion for recruiting to come and join the HR team as a Regional Recruiter

This is an exciting role where you can really make your mark and support the growth of the business by generating a strong pipeline of dedicated, experienced home care assistants

You'll be responsible for the attraction, recruitment and onboarding cycle for care staff. This will include managing the advertising process, interviewing applicants, completing pre-employment checks, issuing offer documentation, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is compliant with legal requirements.

Buildling employment networks out in the community is important too - so we'll look to you to develop and maintain links with colleges, universities, job centres and other organisations that support people into work.

A driving license and access to your own vehicle is required as you'll be attending careers fairs, and job events to actively promote the sector, and careers in social care

About you
- An experienced HR administrator/recruitment background, with great IT skills
- Great communication skills
- Able to prioritise your own workload and target driven
- Working to a high degree of accuracy

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- HR or Recruiting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
