We have an exciting career opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our great team at one of our flagship sites in North West London, Beaufort Park.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator:
- Update, amend, maintain & manage the information required for all Facilities & Maintenance paperwork
- Coordination of contractors, consultants and service partners on site
- Manage day to day maintenance on the Development and report on key issues to Facilities Manager
- To assist in the mobilisation, delivery and coordination of maintenance and project works on site.
- To provide maintenance-related advice and support to the estate management team.
The Maintenance Coordinator will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience of working in maintenance or facilities management
- Have experience in the management of external suppliers, contractors and consultants covering a range of services
- Experience working in a project environment and the handover of new schemes is desirable but not essential
- Experience working alongside multiple soft services trades and disciplines in including Security, Concierge and Housekeeping is desirable but not essential
- Have excellent organisational and planning skills
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, both external and internal
- Have excellent problem solving skills
