**Key Responsibilities**
- Replenish showroom shelves, create daily pick-lists, and maintain high standards of shop presentation.
- Display product ranges and equipment effectively to maximize visual appeal and customer engagement.
- Ensure pricing accuracy by maintaining up-to-date shelf edge labels.
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation standards throughout the showroom.
- Handle, store, and secure products with care to prevent loss or damage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Provide a welcoming, friendly environment and respond promptly to customer queries and complaints.
- Conduct counter sales transactions and accurately complete customer orders.
- Assist with showroom and stock security.
- Operate the electronic point of sale (EPOS) system efficiently.
- Verify delivery notes against received goods, promptly reporting any discrepancies.
- Perform other related duties as required to support showroom operations

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Must be able to demonstrate direct customer sales experience.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility in order to successfully meet the requirements of the Showroom and stock replenishment.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Anticipate and appreciate customer needs, build relationships to help negotiate future sales and promote account uptake.
- Capable of working on your own and make successful decisions contributing to a sale.
- Have a high attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.
