We’re Hiring Counter Assistant - Join Our Busy Showroom Team

Are you great with people, love keeping things organised, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Assistant to join our busy showroom team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of our showroom—welcoming customers, offering helpful advice, and ensuring the shop floor is always looking its best.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Offering brilliant, friendly service to every customer who walks through our doors
- Processing sales and handling orders at the trade counter
- Answering customer queries and resolving any issues with a smile
- Replenishing stock and creating daily pick-lists to keep things running smoothly
- Maintaining a clean, well-organised, and secure showroom environment
- Ensuring products are displayed clearly, priced accurately, and handled with care
- Assisting with pre-delivery inspections and general equipment checks
- Supporting other trade counters as needed

**What we’re looking for**:

- Someone confident and approachable, with excellent communication skills
- A team player who takes pride in delivering top-quality service
- Organised, proactive, and keen to keep things tidy and well-stocked
- Comfortable using electronic point-of-sale systems (training can be provided)
