**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**
Working within our Waste Network department as a Quality Coach and will be based at one of our sites in the West Midlands area. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring with meet our defined standards we deliver for our customers, communities and the environment. The significance of the work you’ll do as a Quality Coach makes this such an exciting project to be a part of.
As a Quality Coach you’ll also have the ability to train and mentor colleagues, effectively communicate with various stakeholders and be a proactive thinker on right first-time solutions.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:
- Providing expert advice to our frontline teams and driving improvement on any issues identified so we continue to support our strategic ambitions for our customers
- Optimise the performance of the supply chain through coaching and training and support any new releases of processes, policies or standards
- Actively identify skills and performance gaps together with ownership of developing actions plans to close the gap
- Coaching supply chain partners and building and developing effective relationships with our customers and contractors
- Understanding the operation and maintenance of gravity sewerage systems including ancillary assets
- Report to the Quality Manager and be based regionally with an expectation to travel across the Severn Trent areas
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**
Strong colleague engagement skills with the ability to communicate and operate in a reactive manor at all levels across multiple teams would be desirable. Having Knowledge and understanding of the operation and maintenance of gravity sewerage systems including ancillary assets will be advantageous. A full UK driving licence will be required for the role.
