**The Role**
**Finance Co-ordinator - Part Time - 18-24 Hours - Flexible Working**
Reporting to the Projects Director and working as part of the central administration team, this Finance Coordinator role is responsible for all cash & invoicing documentation. Additionally, the role provides full and flexible support across the business. Thisis a fixed term opportunity for around 9 months, with an immediate start available.
Duties will include:

- Raising and send invoices and credit notes where required
- Chasing invoice status for forecast and provide cash and invoicing updates
- Issuing customer statements
- Setting up and maintaining monthly spreadsheet - debtor, stage payments, aged debtors and commissions
- Assisting with monthly forecast set up
- Engaging with all areas of the business to ensure that all administrative work and clerical duties are planned and executed effectively to meet departmental needs
- Ensuring all project documentation and certification is delivered in line with project requirements
- Raising payment orders (PO’s) and invoices as requested
- Resolution of financial queries with customers
- Adhoc administrative tasks.

**About You**
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Finance experience, ideally sales invoicing/credit control background
- Able to adapt well to using new finance systems and basic excel skills
- Good communicator - comfortable communicating with other areas of the business
- Available to start at short notice
