We manufacture our board products in our Colchester, UK based factory to meet the highest level of inspection standards for long life cycle, reliable operation.

The company operates facilities in Colchester and Theale in the United Kingdom and Woburn, MA in the United States. We are supported by a world-wide network of distributors and manufacturers’ representatives to ensure that local support is always available to our customers.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Customer Services Administrator will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer care, whilst also supporting the wider operations team in achieving orders and deliverables.

**What will I be doing?**
- Going the extra mile to meet customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities
- Coordinating multi-faceted teams in meeting customer deadlines/requirements (including Global Sales Team, Supply Chain, Export, Production, etc.)
- Providing status/delivery updates to our global customer base.
- Coordinating complex orders & repairs through internal systems.
- Checking & approving internal sales orders.
- Supporting the Export process including obtaining End User Undertakings, making sure appropriate licences are in place before shipping, and working with Internal Sales for annual reporting.

**Demonstrated knowledge and experience**
- Excellent customer care.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Experience with export processes (desirable)

**Technical skills and qualifications**
- Must be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

**Behavioural competencies**
