Overall Objective
To process employee data, accurately and efficiently, utilising People HR System.
Provide efficient administrative support to the HR Payroll team.
Key Accountabilities
Recruitment - create vacancy on People HR system, upload vacancies to Esh website; support hiring managers as appropriate with system queries.
Liaise with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.
Send onboarding information to new employees.
Process employee information such as absence, probationary periods, fixed term contracts, maternity, paternity leave, other special leave, employee benefits disciplinary and grievance, medical referrals, DBS checks.
Process leavers on a timely basis.
Ensure any change to employee data is ready for payroll processing.
Provide general day to day advice to colleagues on HR queries relating to terms and conditions of employment such as annual leave; notice periods; pay rates.
Ensure confidential employee information is kept secure all times.
Assist in various projects as required, for example timesheets, staff surveys, and appraisals.

At least 2year’s occupational experience in administrative environment
Working towards Business Administration /Customer Service or Certificate in Personal Practice
