We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in distributing an innovative product in the medical aesthetic industry. This is a unique opportunity to introduce a groundbreaking product with no direct competitors to clinics across London, the UK, and potentially on a global scale.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Distribution**:
Identify and reach out to clinics, salons, and distributors to introduce and promote the Pink Shooters product.
Close sales and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress reports.
- **Client Management**:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Provide training and demonstrations to clinics and distributors to enhance their understanding of the product.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure proper usage and address any queries.
- **Travel and Events**:
Travel across London, the UK, and internationally to attend conferences, exhibitions, and training programs.
Represent the company at events to showcase and promote the product.
- **Marketing and Social Media Management**:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging content to attract potential clients.
- **Research and Development (R&D)**:
Collaborate with the R&D team to gather client feedback and suggest improvements or new product ideas.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with a supportive team to enhance sales strategies and boost performance.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyse competitors’ offerings.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients, utilising persuasive negotiation skills to close sales.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using office software such as Word.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the medical sales sector or similar industry.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate oneself and others towards achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using office software, particularly Word, for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling efficient management of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service at all times.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical aesthetic or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Willingness to travel and represent the company globally.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
- Desirably a degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmaceutical Science or similar.

Pay: From £16,000.00 per year
